What's included:

• The assessment only format provides access to approved assessments that will be marked by an Assessor. 
• Where online learning content is available for this unit, you will have access to this, but no support or feedback from a Tutor. 

Assessments will be completed via our online learning platform (Canvas)

• If this is a listed standard the completion of the standard will be reported to NZQA and will appear on your Record of Achievement.
• There is a strict no refund policy for all standards bought as Assessment Only.
• You may withdraw at any time

 

What's included:

• The Tutor-supported format includes access to weekly study groups.
• Your progress will be monitored by your Tutor and they will also respond to any question you may have. 
• You will have access to online learning resources and assessments via our online learning platform (Canvas)
• If this is a listed standard the completion of the standard will be reported to NZQA and will appear on your Record of Achievement

Withdrawals:

• Refunds are available if cancelled withing 8 days of enrolment.
• You may withdraw at anytime.
• Email atnzstms@atnz.org.nz
• Use “Withdrawal” as the subject and include the unit or skill standard number

Student Fee Protection

If you the standards you have purchased (as tutor-supported) total $1,000 or more, your fees are protected and managed securely, ensuring your payment remains safe until services have been provided:

• Held in a Public Trust account
• Released only as training is delivered

If ATNZ is unable to deliver your programme, your fees remain safe. Options include:

• Refund of unused fees, or
• Transfer to another provider to complete your programme
